“What makes us strong is the fact that you are no longer simply our customers, you are also a part of the Warema family.” With these words, Angelique Renkhoff-Mücke, CEO and daughter of the founder of Warema Renkhoff SE, welcomed more than 80 partners from around the world to the Warema Partner Meeting held in early December. At the invitation of Warema International GmbH, this year’s participants met at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg.
It was clear from the customers as well that their connection to Warema is more than just a customer/supplier relationship, and that the connection is characterized by personal commitment and loyalty on both sides.
The main focus of the event was the approach in dealing with architects and technical planners, a group who have special demands which frequently require extensive expert knowledge. Alexander Grundhoff, Managing Director of Warema International GmbH, pointed out this fact in his speech and emphasized the importance of effective sunlight management, as well as the opportunities it presents. Not only does Warema offer various different services in this regard, it also has the ability – more so than nearly every other company in the sunlight shading industry – to meet the demands of this target group with customized special solutions. Participants developed methods for the targeted use and communication of these services in different workshops held throughout the day. When they were finished, the product innovations were reviewed in an exhibition set up specially for the event.
In the evening, the participants then met at the Tithe Barn of Würzburg’s Wine Estate Juliusspital. Over a delicious dinner, complete with a fantastic atmosphere and good music, the close relationships between the customers and their Warema contacts were deepened, new friendships were formed and all in attendance had quite a good time. Everyone is now looking ahead to the new year full of positive expectations.
